Our Team

Teddy Florea

Founder & Strategic Director

Social entrepreneur and ecosystem builder with a background in environmental activism, international business development and social innovation. Teddy leads EcoManka's strategy, partnerships and fundraising, connecting people and ideas to create meaningful social and environmental impact.

Daisi Sprenk

Founder & Financial Manager

Daisi oversees EcoManka's financial and administrative operations, helping ensure the organization has the structure and resources needed to support its mission.

Project Manager

Eline Charles

Eline brings expertise in service design, facilitation and community engagement. She coordinates EcoManka's projects, drawing on her experience creating greener public spaces where children and communities can play, learn and connect.

Fatima Zahra Elboussaidi

Researcher & Educational Practitioner

With a PhD in Education, Fatima specializes in transformative learning, intercultural pedagogy and sustainable development. She contributes to EcoManka's research and the development of playful, dialogic and eco-emotional learning approaches.

Ranko Trifkovic

Educator & Curriculum Designer

An educator with a background in theatre, creative writing and game design, Ranko has helped shape EcoManka's methodology from its early stages. He develops interactive, playful and co-creative learning experiences.

Renzo Lüttges

Learning Product & Instructional Design Lead

Technology entrepreneur, educator and founder of Paw Tech, Renzo specializes in game-based learning, AI-powered education and instructional design. He connects EcoManka's curriculum, gamification and facilitator experience with its evolving digital toolbox.

Yoeri Staal

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Yoeri combines expertise in game development, artificial intelligence and education. He leads EcoManka's technical vision, developing accessible, reliable and scalable systems that support meaningful learning experiences.
